This building, totaling 3,184 square feet, allows the community to have a central base of operations to best serve you, the residents. A large meeting room will afford the opportunity for community events. A fully stocked kitchen will allow for both community and private functions.
WE ARE ALSO AVAILABLE – TO MEMBERS IN GOOD STANDING – FOR PRIVATE FUNCTIONS. OUR RATES ARE THE BEST AROUND!!
• DEPOSIT OF $375.00 WHEN BOOKING YOUR FUNCTION
• USE OF THE PARTY ROOM, KITCHEN AND RESTROOM FACILITIES FOR FOUR (4) HOURS. ADDITIONAL HOURS AVAILABLE AT $25 PER HOUR.
• YOU RECEIVE $125.00 BACK UPON SATISFACTORY INSPECTION OF THE FACILITY AFTER YOUR PARTY.
