Established in 1983, Pocono Farms East Association is one of the area’s most long-standing residential developments. One of the largest communities in Coolbaugh Township, PA, Pocono Farms East offers both quiet country living, convenience and proximity to schools, shopping, houses of worship and unsurpassed outdoor recreation. Located approximately three miles north of Mt. Pocono, PA off State Route 196, the community boasts over 950 homes and approximately 230 undeveloped lots.
A nine-person elected Board of Directors is ultimately responsible for fiscal and policy decisions. Board meetings are held on the third Saturday of each month at new Pocono Farms Civic Center / Administration Office, located at 3170 Hamlet Drive, Tobyhanna.
